An FTP account is automatically created after you sign up to x10Hosting, using this you can start uploading your website's content immediately without needing to create another FTP account. Please see this article for more information on how to connect with your account's unique FTP account.
However, you can also create additional FTP accounts from cPanel. This is useful if you would like to have multiple FTP accounts associated with your account.
Under your website, click the "FTP Users" button. If you have not yet created a website, choose "Add Website" and create a new Custom Website first.
Choose "Add FTP User", and fill in the information. The username and password you specify should be different from your cPanel credentials. Then, choose "Add FTP Account".
Click the "FTP Accounts" icon, under "Files".
Fill in the information. The username and password you specify should be different from your cPanel credentials. Then, choose "Create FTP Account".
After creating an additional FTP account, you can connect to it using an FTP client of your choice, such as FileZilla. Remember that unlike your main FTP account, your FTP username is suffixed with "@", then your domain name.
