Canceling a free hosting account.

You may cancel your x10Hosting account from within cPanel at any time without any hassle.

Firstly, please choose "Settings" in the top right.

Near the bottom of the Settings page, click the "Delete Account" link. Please take a moment to tell us why you are cancelling your account, and whether there is anything we can do to improve our service for the future. All cancellation reasons are reviewed by our team.

Immediately after submitting your cancellation request the account will be suspended. If you cancel by mistake or change your mind you will have 24 hours from submission to remove the cancellation request.

Please note, once an account is cancelled and then terminated we can not recover it for you. Make sure you have a backup of all of your data prior to submitting a cancellation request.
